Culture City company that specialises in high-end creative and corporate film production, music management and through our partnership with Klee Music, record production. In January 2013 Culture City TV (CCTV) was established. We began creating online videos to promote and showcase music, theatre and art. Our greatest success was creating hundreds of interviews and sessions with both signed and unsigned musicians. After building a strong presence on social media we quickly gained more clients and gained better skills/equipment in film. In recent years we have worked on both large and small film productions. Through different projects we've worked with some of the biggest names in the creative industry.
In 2016 we started up a music management section of Culture City. Through our contacts in the industry our team can provide excellent opportunities for artists to reach a wider audience, secure recording and publishing contracts, gain increased media exposure and produce fantastic high-end videos and photography.
We recently partnered with Klee Music and act as the A&R team, provide creative products and manage the artists through the production and their release.

Due to working with The Anfield Wrap’s Gareth Roberts on several projects, he invited us to work with him on new business venture The Fans Agency, more specifically their new podcast, Football Insiders.
In this premiere episode of the podcast, Gareth Roberts sits down with ex-football player and manager Danny Wilson. They discuss his time as both player and manager in which he accomplished more than 600 games on the pitch and over 1000 games on the touchline.

We began working with Open Media in 2018, creating new and exciting video content ranging from short promotional pieces of their impressive digital out of home advertising screens, to personal meet the team videos.
This particular video is promoting two of their latest digital full motion screens located at Hotel Football. Situated beside Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium these screens occupy the hotel’s north and south facades.

Short documentary filmed in Buyers Club Liverpool (The Old Picket) about the band PELE and the 25 year anniversary of the debut album Fireworks.
In 2016 Knowsley Community College relocated to a brand new £32 million campus. They commissioned us to create a short documentary to showcase their new facilities.
As part of our partnership with Klee Music we hosted our first listening party, in Liverpool's Avenue HQ. This free event gave fans an exclusive and intimate opportunity to listen to Esme Bridie's debut album "Today It Rains".
As part of our ongoing relationship with Avenue HQ, we were called upon to create a promotional video for their Mann Island campus. We shot both exterior shots with drones and interior shots with a mixture of different kit to try and get the balance of corporate and creative content we were looking for. We tried to give the audience a preview of day to day work within the building, include the workspaces, events and a glimpse into the life of AHQ co-working!
In 2016 we became the management team for a four piece band from Widnes called The Racket. Since then we have helped them to secure an exciting record deal and they have worked with some of the best producers in the country. Their debut release is scheduled for June 2017.

After working with Grammy award-winning producer Steve Levine on numerous projects, Liverpool International Music Festival commissioned us to create the visuals for this event. The night featured a number of top British music artists using both traditional and new technology to collaborate together for an exclusive performance. The list of performers included Boy George, Tim Burgess (from The Charlatans), Bernard Butler (from Suede), Hollie Cook, Mark King (from Level 42), Mary Epworth and Natalie McCool. We also shot a video of Gerry Marsden (Gerry & The Pacemakers) which we filmed in Steve's studio that allowed the audience to then take part in the final recording on the night.
Here is a short advert we made for The Fowler Education and Football Academy (FEFA). FEFA is a 16-19 college for students who want an Outstanding Education, a top class Football Academy or both.
As part of the Routes Jukebox evening we filmed three songs from The Dodge Brothers. All recorded in Steve Levine's studio, they aired on the screens at the event in-between band change overs.

LIMF brought one of the world's greatest songwriters, Lamont Dozier, to Liverpool for an exclusive in-depth Q&A with award-winning record producer Steve Levine and broadcaster Richard Allinson. We were commissioned to create the visuals on the night and also to produce this documentary.
Check 'em lads is a charity set up to raise awareness and support people with cancer. We spent a morning in Rotunda boxing gym with cancer survivors and boxing legends Callum and Stephen Smith. The purpose of the video was to show people suffering that there is life after cancer.

A show that retraced the key influencing records that came to Liverpool from the U.S. after World War II inspiring pioneering movements from Merseybeat to Doo Wop to Rock n’ Roll. Musically directed by Steve Levine and presented by BBC Radio 2’s Janice Long, the event welcomed a plethora of legendary as well as emerging artists including Chris Difford, Natalie McCool, Terri Walker, Christopher Ellis, Dave McCabe, MiC LOWRY, Ian Prowse and The Farm. We filmed the event and build up, made a documentary of it and also provided the visuals on the night.

The Family Silver, a blending of some of the UK’s finest musicians and talent. Mother Earth, the Style Council, Jon Lord, Paul Weller, The Who, Ocean Colour Scene and the Trio Valore are just a few of the myriad of projects bands and albums these musicians have graced. After a very successful pledge campaign The Family Sliver released "Electric Blend" to the world at a listening party in Salford, Manchester. CCTV went down to film the event and interview some fans, friends and family.

We wanted to create a music video reflecting mundane, everyday life. We spent a day driving around the artist's (Ian Prowse) home town and captured the frustration of how he felt.

This project was documenting an arts festival that's goal was to shine light on Liverpool’s poor air quality – an ‘invisible public health emergency’. Our job was to document the process.

UK Music hosted an event in Childwall Academy to showcase the possibilities of working in the music industry and the range of careers available in record labels, music publishing, music management, production, lighting, sound engineering, live events and performance. We were commissioned to document the process. The video includes footage of MiC LOWRY, Esco Williams, Joe Slater, Natalie McCool and Dave Pichilingi.
