All the footage was shot on a mobile phone and then we had the task of creating interesting visuals to be shown as the backdrops of live performances
After an extremely successful sold out single launch in the Zanzibar, we decided it was time for The Racket to play their first headline gig in Manchester. This time we traveled to Night & Day with support act The Shipbuilders for another sold out event.

For the past few days we have been working with musician Alex James Brierley to create a music video for the title track of his upcoming EP, Listen, which is being produced by our good friend Steve Levine.

Last night Ali Ingle released his second episode of the 'Young And Miserable' Podcast. After a great first episode with Carmody, Ali asked me if I would be up for being the second guest on show. As usual we had a laugh, spoke about a few interesting things we have done/do at Culture City and also shared some info on working with The Racket.
Check it out below and subscribe to Ali Ingle's Soundcloud to hear some of his music and to listen to more of the YAM podcast.

Last night I went to a film premiere of Looking for Lennon in FACT Cinema in Liverpool. The film was directed by a friend of mine (Roger Appleton) and produced by another friend (Garry Popper). I've had the pleasure of working with both of them on a few different projects over the years. The film is about the early years of John Lennon's life. It was about two years ago that I got involved in this project. I remember shooting an interview in John's old school and being on a few location shoots (Strawberry Fields & Mendips). It was nice to see some footage I shot in the film and also to get a credit as a Production Assistant.
We met up with function band The Midnight Crowd to film a few live sessions
